DELIVERY

FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £20!

Haven’t got £20 in your basket? Check out their alternative delivery methods.

STANDARD - £2.95

No hurry? No problem! Go for their standard delivery option.

They will aim to dispatch your products within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery can take up to 3-5 working days - they deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Highlands and Islands but deliveries may take a little longer.  

NEXT WORKING DAY - £4.95

Need your new-in pieces now? They’ve got you covered with their next working day delivery service!

 

 

Place your order before 3pm Monday-Friday and they will aim to deliver the next working day.

 

 

Orders placed after 3pm won’t be processed until the following working day. Therefore any orders placed on Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.

 

 

Next working day service is available for UK mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

 

GOOD TO KNOW

Once your products have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.

They make every effort to meet their suggested delivery timescales, however, please be aware that during busy periods delivery might take slightly longer than usual! They apologise if this is ever the case, but they will do their very best to get your parcel sent out asap!

Orders are only processed on working days (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).

RETURNS

They really hope you love every Skinnydip item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.

All returned items must be sent back to them unopened, unused and in their original condition. They reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately they are unable to accept your return and it will be returned.

There are a few items they stock that can’t be returned due to various reasons, so please make a note of this before you purchase. For hygiene reasons, they cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear briefs, cosmetics and beauty products including skin care. For swimwear, if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed they will not be able to accept this product back. They try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to them in an unsuitable condition, they may have to send it back to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Cacti & Gift Cards are also non-returnable items.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it please contact Customer Care within 30 days of receipt. Likewise, contact them if there is an issue within 12 months of purchase.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING?

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days then please notify them by email at mail@skinnydiplondon.com Please do so within 21 days of the order date. After this time has elapsed, Skinnydip reserves the right to decide whether to send their replacement item(s) for you.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEMS ARE FAULTY?

ONLINE PURCHASE

NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU’VE PURCHASED ONLINE? NO PROBLEM!

They accept returns for online orders via the post only.

If you’re in the UK, they also offer a FREE returns service! Postage labels are included in all online orders to make returning your items hassle-free!

Once your return is received and has been inspected, they will send you an email to let you know that they've received your return. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved, this will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

INSTORE PURCHASE

PURCHASED AN ITEM INSTORE THAT YOU NEED TO RETURN?

Simply take the item(s) to the original store you purchased from within 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange. You must bring some proof of purchase otherwise they are unable to process the return.

MISSING A REFUND?

If you haven’t received your refund, please initially check your bank account by contacting your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, so bear this in mind. If you’ve done this already, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact them at mail@skinnydiplondon.com and they will do their best to help you!

CANCELLED GOODS

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 you have the legal right to cancel the contract within seven working days of the date you receive the Goods. To cancel, you must inform them in writing, by sending an email to mail@skinnydiplondon.com. You must also return the goods to them as soon as possible, they will then process your refund. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to them so they suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost as they cannot take responsibility for lost returns. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, they may have a right of action against you for compensation. 

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

During busy periods it may take longer than 48 hours for them to get back to you. If you need their assistance sooner please call them.
