Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this timeframe we will inform you whenever possible.
We cannot change your order (product, size, colour, address) once it has been shipped.
Gift cards, fragrances and orders paid with Paypal are excluded from express delivery.

How to return?
1.Go to and proceed as a guest (your order number is required) or with your account details. Select the item(s) you would like to return. If you are experiencing difficulty with creating a return online, please skip this step and proceed to step 2.
2.After confirming your return on tommy.com, please prepare your package and stick the carrier label (already included in the box) on top, covering the original label.
3.If the parcel was delivered with ParcelForce, please drop it off at your nearest post office or check ParcelForce.com to arrange a pick up at your convenience. If the parcel was delivered with UPS, please deposit your return in a UPS Access Point or check UPS.com to arrange a home pick up at your convenience.
4.You will be refunded once the parcel has arrived at our warehouse, if applicable. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed once they have reached our warehouse.

All products purchased on the Website may be returned within the following time frame at your own risk. You need to inform us of your intention to return the product(s) within 60 days after the day on which the product(s) come into your physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you). You then need to physically return such product(s) to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 60 days after the day you informed us about your intention to return the product(s). The following items may not be returned: underwear, swimwear, gift cards, perfumes and make-up (unless in original sealed wrapping).
Please note that products that you have bought online cannot be returned to Tommy Hilfiger stores in your local area and vice versa.
Please make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible.
Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed.
If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.

If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery and eventual administration fees, without undue delay and in any event not later than 60 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return products.
We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.
Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a refund e-mail notification. Your refund will be paid back to the bank account you have provided.

In order to get a full refund it’s important that we receive the goods in the same state you received them (the returned product has to be complete, unworn, unwashed and with all the product labels intact).
