Delivery Methods

Where does Weekday deliver?

Items ordered in United Kingdom can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in United Kingdom. They do not ship to the overseas territories (Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey). Read more here.

What delivery options do I have?

Standard delivery is free for orders over £40. You can choose between Standard Home Delivery, Standard PickUp Location and Express Home Delivery:

Standard Home Delivery (£6, 2-3 working days):

They will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Standard PickUp Location (£3, 2-3 working days):

They will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Express Home Delivery (£10, 1-2 days):

They also offer Express delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday and before 10:30 am on Saturday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

During high season and Sale, Express delivery might be unavailable.

What delivery locations can I choose?

They offer you the following delivery options:

Delivery to your home address: select Standard Home Delivery or Express Home Delivery as delivery option in the checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.

Delivery to an alternative address: select Standard Home Delivery or Express Home Delivery as delivery option in the checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.

Delivery to a Parcel Shop: select Standard PickUp Location as delivery option in the checkout and search for a convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode. If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and the Pick-up code as well as their own ID.

What are the costs for delivery when shopping online?

Standard Home Delivery: €6 and free for orders over £40

Standard PickUp Location: £3 and free for orders over £40

Express Home Delivery: £10

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as they start packing your order they will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Undeliverable parcels

If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to Weekday.

 

Return and refund policy

They hope you will love everything that you order from them but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return.

They'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and they ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. 

For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip.

Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of their stores.

How to return: 

• On the returns note, fill in the return code for the garment you are returning. Include this in the package.

• Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and attach the pre-paid label included in your parcel. 

• To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, they recommend that you use their postage labels, send the return through your preferred return options below and, if offered, ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.

• You can expect to receive a refund within two weeks of sending it back to them. Once they have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

Return options:

Free return at DPD parcel shop

Attach the self-adhesive return label, which you can find on the Delivery note and take the parcel to a convenient DPD parcel shop of your choice.
