Back to School: Our Fall Favorites

If you're the type to stay away from new trends out of fear they're too eccentric, welcome Fall 2018 with open arms. From animal print to block colors, we've picked our fall favories to spice up your back to school wardrobe. This year all we'll see are familiar patterns, colors, coats, and layering tricks, perhaps just worn in new ways. We have put together the six most prominent style statements, which are all styles virtually anyone could pull off — and they're all ridiculously flattering, too. Brush up on the standout takeaways from the Spring 2018 season, then read our fresh report from start to finish, and prepare for an eye-catching wardrobe this year that's actually remarkably comfortable.

Leopard & Snake Skin Print

What lady doesn't love leopard print? This season saw the revival of classic leopard coats, but we were also introduced to snakeskin print, and these patterns could be spotted from a mile away when worn down to the shoes. It's a throw-on-and-go, eye-catching outfit for the new season. Missguided, Zara and New Look are offering a variety of pieces with this up and coming trend. Spice up any casual outfit with a animal print clutch or heels and get from event to event with absolutely no fashion emergencies.

Western Ankle Boots

Take the exaggerated shoulders, kitten heels, and statement earrings that made a big return to the '80s a few seasons ago, and mix in Western accessories — pointy ankle booties, cowboy prints, and buckles — and you've got a happy meeting of two very different, yet appealing vibes. This season is all about mixing and matching, and don't be afraid to take risks. Make sure you check out PrettyLittleThing and Missguided— for their cool but affordable collection.

Very Red

This monochromatic look is firey, but not angry. When you work varying tones from your head down to your toes, the result is actually quite pretty, and there's no chance you won't be noticed by passersby. The very red look is all over the runway and you shouldn't be shy to adopt it too. Red has been a classic colour for generations, but this season it's back in full force. Who doesn't look good in red? Be the killer lady, eyes will follow you around the room!

Floral Dresses

Ornament Earrings

Why wear stud earrings when you can spice up your look with bigger and better ornament erarrings? To look effortlessly glamorous but in a casual way, put on a pair of these beautiful dangles and instantly glamify your day-to-day attire. Pandora, Thomas Sabo and H&M have a beautiful collection of large ornamental earrings for accesible prices for any style!Ornamental Earings

Tweed Blazers

While you're obviously familiar with check print, we've graduated from the return of the simple tartan coat to unexpected pairings and plaid worn in new ways — like asymmetrically across a pant suit or from head to toe in varying shades. This season, try mixing your plaids, not just by color, but by material (think wool scarves with nylon tote bags).
